The Rustic Raven was born from a convergence of worlds. Founded in Ohio by a professional in Information Technology, the brand began as a personal quest to find a higher standard of aromatic grounding during a period of significant life transition.

What started as a rigorous documentation of scent profiles in a single 3-ring binder soon evolved into a registered LLC and a clinical study of aromatherapy. The founder realized that the same precision required to manage complex I.T. systems could be applied to the botanical kingdom. By merging this technical background with a lifelong passion for gothic aesthetics and holistic practices, the “Rustic Raven” was established—not as a hobby, but as a professional apothecary for the modern occultist.
