Refund and Returns Policy

The Rustic Raven | Return & Integrity Protocol

1. System Integrity (Returns)

Due to the clinical nature of our 100% pure botanical concentrates and hygiene safety protocols, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Once the seal on the Obsidian Glass Vault is broken, the “Source Code” is considered deployed and cannot be returned to the vault.

• Unopened Items: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened, sealed products.

• Restocking Fee: A small processing fee may apply to cover the logistics of the return.

2. Hardware Failures (Damaged Goods)

If your order arrives with “corrupted hardware” (broken glass, leaking bottles, or defective droppers), we will issue a replacement immediately.

• Protocol: Send a high-res photo of the damage to [Your Business Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

• Resolution: Once verified, a new “System Patch” (replacement) will be dispatched at no cost to you.

3. Shipping & Deployment

• All orders are hand-poured and shipped from our lab in Hilliard, OH.

• We are not responsible for “Lost Packets” (stolen packages) once the carrier marks them as delivered. Please ensure your delivery zone is secure.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement before they move into the “Processing” phase of the lifecycle.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
